Druk Hydro Energy Limited (DHyE), Corporate Office based at Material Management Section Building, Phuentsholing invites interested bidders for submission of their Expression of Interest (Eol) for hiring of their vehicles as detailed below:

Interested vehicle owners may submit their Expression of Interest with registration after 1 January, 2020 to y.choden8055@dhye.bt  on or before 1300 hours of February 28, 2026 along with a copy ofthe following documents:
i. Owner's Registration Certificate
ii. Valid Fitness & Emission Test Certificate and
iii. Valid Insurance Certificate

Selection of the vehicles shall be done as per the ranking list which shall be based on the registration date indicated in the Registration Certificates subject to fulfillment of the above documentations. Contact 17630845 for any queries related to Expression of Interest before the submission deadline. The owner of the selected vehicle shall be required to sign lease agreement for initial period of two years. The vehicles shall be initially based at DHyE Head Office; however, they will be required to travel to various project sites of DHyE as and when required.
