The City Development Office under the Gelephu Mindfulness City Authority (GMCA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested and qualified firms for Early Construction Mock-up Works for the Proposed Gelephu International Airport in Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC).
Eligible firms must possess a valid business license, have completed at least one building or interior construction project with a contract value of Nu.100 million or above, and have a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
Submission deadline: 20th March 2026 at 10:00 AM (BST).
