The City Development Office under Gelephu Mindfulness City Authority (GMCA) invites expression of interest (EOI) from interested and eligible W3 category contractors for the work: "Design- Build- Operate-Transfer of Workers' Dormitory" in Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC). The Dormitory will cater accommodation for workers in various projects under GMC. Details of the EOI can be obtained from GMC's website: www.gmc.bt 

The EOI must be delivered in person or via email, on or before 10.00 am (BST) on 18th March 2026, to the address: Director, Housing and Estate Management, GMCA, tchoeda@gmc.bt , GMCA Office, Chubachu (near RRCO building), Thimphu.
