What will you be working on? The Program Officer will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Develop and implement strategies for business/government process re-engineering and streamlining efforts on public services.
2. Conduct assessment studies and analyses to identify weaknesses and opportunities in public service delivery.
3. Establish monitoring mechanisms to supervise the delivery of public services and ensure compliance with established standards.
4. Engage in advocacy and educational activities to raise awareness and promote best practices in public service delivery.
5. Develop and implement governance tools, standards, and frameworks to enhance accountability in public service delivery.
6. Coordinate and facilitate capacity development initiatives for service providers to improve their competencies.
7. Establish and manage citizens' engagement platforms to gather feedback and suggestions for enhancing service delivery.
