2. Recommendation from the immediate supervisor

3. Valid Audit Clearance (not required to upload)
4. Valid Security Clearance (not required to upload)
5. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the working agency (Dzongkhag/Thromde Administration)
6. Relevant Training Certificates (if any)
7. Perfomance Evaluation (PE) Ratings for the recent 3 years
