What will you be working on? you will be working on supporting and implementing programs and activities aligned with the division’s mission and goals. Your responsibilities will include developing new programs to support strategic directions, preparing and facilitating the division’s annual work plans, managing program execution within approved budgets, and providing feedback and regular reports to senior coordinators. You will design and develop communication materials for programs, ensure compliance with donor policies, coordinate closely with partners for smooth implementation, and manage volunteer information systems. Additionally, you will assist with administration tasks such as procurement and provide support as needed for other tasks assigned by the senior program coordinator. Overall, your work will facilitate the effective coordination and implementation of programs to strengthen the school system in Bhutan.

What we are looking for?

We are recruiting Program Officers from among experienced teachers who possess strong communication skills, a commitment to education, and the ability to manage and coordinate programs effectively. Candidates should have a background in teaching, demonstrate leadership qualities, and be motivated to contribute to the development and smooth functioning of the school system through program implementation and coordination within the School Liaison and Coordination Division
