The Royal Audit Authority would like to announce the availability of following scholarship for our
employees for the 2026 intake under RGoB funding:

Eligibility Criteria:

Applicants shall:

1. Possess a Finance or related degree froma recognized university or institute.
2. Have been successfully assessed and accepted by CPA Australia.
3. Candidates required to undertake foundation courses shall also be eligible for funding.
4. Not be pursuing any Long-Term Training (e.g., Master's Programme or IA&AS Programme)
during the selection process.
5. Be a current and regular employee of the Royal Audit Authority and not be more than 45
years of age on the date of application.

Special Provisions

1. Foundation-Level Fees: The funding support will also cover the cost of foundation papers up to a maximum of four (4) papers. Any foundational paper failed shall be retaken at the candidate's own expense.

2. The CPA Programme is expected to be completed within three (3) years. However, where a
candidate is unable to complete the programme within this period due to reasonable
circumstances, the candidate may continue the programme up to the maximum allowable
period of six (6) years prescribed by CPA Australia. Any costs incurred beyond the initial threeyear sponsorship period shall be borne by the candidate, unless otherwise approved by the
Royal Audit Authority.

3. Eligibility of Existing Private Candidates: Officials who have already enrolled in the CPА
programme at their own expense are also eligible to apply for the RGoB scholarship, provided
they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria and they will be reimbursed accordingly.

4. Medical Certificate
5. Audit Clearance
6. Security Clearance
