Penden Cement Authority Limited (PCAL) would like to hire trippers/ dumpers of model 2018 and above for a period of one year. Interested Bhutanese Transporters having valid trade licences may submit your most competitive offer to PCAL, Gomtu for the following works:

1. The last date of submission of the bids is on 17th July, 2026 before 12:00 Noon (BST), any bids received after the stipulated time or date shall not be accepted. The bids shall be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM in the PCAL Conference Hall.
