The National Pension & Provident Fund invites proposals to provide the following consulting services: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Mid-range IP Security Surveillance System with Fiber Network, Thimphu, NPPF colony. For more details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
A Consultant will be selected under QCBS (Quality & Cost-Based Selection) method and procedures described in this RFP, in accordance with National Pension & Provident Fund’s Procurement Rules and Regulations 2019.
The Proposals are to be submitted at the latest by 9th September 2026 on or before 1:00 PM (BST) and the opened at:
- Time: 2:30 PM
- Date: 9th September 2026
- Venue: NPPF Head Office
The detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be purchased from NPPF Head office at the nominal fee of Nu. 500 during office hours with effect from 25th August 2026.
