The National Pension & Provident Fund is pleased to invite sealed bids from interested and prospective bidders for the Work: “External Repainting of NPPF Head Office”. The details of the work, including the terms and conditions and specifications for the above work, are enclosed for your reference.
Last Date and Time for Submission:10th September 2026 on or before 1:00 PM BST
Date and Time of Opening :10th September 2026 at 2:30 PM BST.
- Bidders shall sign and seal every page of the bidding
- Bidder should also ensure that Form of Bid, enclose EMD, bill of quantities, and Bidder’s information are filled in correctly, signed and sealed, and submitted as part of the bid submission.
- A valid trade license must be submitted by the firm or certificate of Bhutanese painting by the individual proponent must be submitted.
NPPF reserves the right to accept/reject/cancel any or all the quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
