As per the approval of 318th HRC meeting held on 13 July 2021, the Ministry of Education is pleased to announce the availability of RGoB scholarship for Mixed-mode M.Ed Dzongkha as given below:

Eligible and interested regular in-service teaching professionals who fulfill the criteria given below are invited to apply on-line using the online Application Form (in linked shared) on or before 02 August 2021. 

Eligibility criteria

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree/ PGDE in Dzongkha;
• Be currently teaching Dzongkha;
• Be less than 45 years of age at the time of commencement of the course;

Documents to be uploaded with the application

• Have obtained a rating of ‘Good’ and above in the MAX moderation for 2019 and 2020;
• Have served a minimum of three years at the time of commencement of the course.

• Bachelor’s Degree/ PGDE Certificate and Mark Sheet.
• Upload recommendation from your Principal endorsed by Dzongkhag/ Thromde Education Officer or HR Officer.

Note

• Shortlisted candidates must sit for the Dzongkha Language Test (DLT).
• The final selection will be based on merit in marks obtained in DLT.
