The Royal Civil Service Commission is pleased to announce the availability of up to two slots for the
Master’s program under the Japan International University of Health and Welfare (IUHW) Scholarship, School of Public Health (SPH), for the 2026 intake, as outlined below:

Eligibility Criteria :
● In-service candidates from the Ministry of Health and the National Medical Services (NMS) who
meet the eligibility criteria under Section 7.7.4 of the BCSR 2023 are invited to apply.
● Eligible applicants must submit their applications, along with all required documents, via the
link below on or before 21 October 2025.
Required Documents:
● ZEST generated CV ( https://zest.rcsc.gov.bt/Profile/Candidates)
● Degree Certificate and Mark sheet;
● Class XII Certificate and Mark Sheet;
● No Objection Certificates from parent/working agency
Important Notes:
● The final selection will be conducted by IUHW.
