This intermediate-level course is designed to enhance the skills of De-suups with prior basic knowledge in baking and pastry. It focuses on refining techniques, mastering complex recipes, and introducing creative and contemporary approaches in bakery and pastry production. The training blends hands-on practice with professional kitchen standards, preparing participants for advanced roles in the culinary industry or small-scale enterprise.
Program Details:
Duration: Three (3) months
🗓 Start Date: 28th January 2026 – 28th April 2026

Eligibility:
- Only Desuups and Gyalsups who have completed the Culinary Arts- Basic Course
