Government of Colombia for foreign students to pursue postgraduate studies (Master’s level) in public
or private Colombian higher education institutions.

Key Details:
● Coverage: Full tuition fees, health insurance, and a monthly stipend for the duration of the
programme.
● Admission Requirement: Applicants must obtain an admission letter from a selected
Colombian university for their chosen academic programme.
● Slots: no predetermined slots.

Eligibility and Requirements:
● Civil servants must fulfill all relevant criteria prescribed in the BCSR 2023.
● The preferred field of study must align with the approved CPD of the candidate’s parent agency.
● All other scholarship criteria specified in the detailed scholarship information must also be met.
