The Royal Audit Authority would like to announce the availability of following scholarships for
our employees for the 2025 intake under RGoB funding.

Eligibility Criteria
General requirement:
• The applicant should fulfill the eligibility for LTT as per the clause 7.7.4 of the BCSR 2023;
• The applicants must have minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and be selected through civil service exam in Professional and Management level (preference will be given to applicants with accounting background);
• The applicants who have already completed Master Degree program is not eligible;
• The applicants should have served at least two years of active service excluding probation
period;
• The applicants should meet the training gap requirement as per clause 7.5 of the BCSR 2023 if you have been on LTT in earlier years;
• The applicant should have minimum of “Good” performance rating for last two FY;
• As part of the RAA’s internal requirement, he/she should serve thrice the duration of the course against the requirement to serve twice for first long term training and other LTT obligation as per the clause 7.7.7 and specific LTT obligation under clause 7.7.7.6. of BCSR 2023.
• Upon completion of the course, the applicant must be willing to serve under Compliance
and Outsource Audit Division.

University requirement:
• Candidates should preferably have a minimum of 2 GCE A-Level and 3 GCE O-Level credits (including credits in O-Level English and Math) or have an ACCA student membership or have qualifications listed on ACCA website ( https://www.accaglobal.com/gb/en/  qualifications/glance/acca/minimum-entrance.html).
• A Pass in GCE O-Level where the subject is conducted in English; OR - IELTS 5.5
equivalent; OR - Student to provide proof of an ACCA English Test report.

1. Application letter;
2. Copy of Academic Transcripts and other certificates of merit and leadership;
3. Medical Certificate;
4. English Language Proficiency Certificate;
5. Audit Clearance Certificate; and
6. Valid Security Clearance (Approved online);
