The Royal Civil Service Commission is pleased to announce the availability of Scholarship at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India commencing from July 20, 2021 as follows

1. Benefits of the Scholarship
The Scholarship shall cover the following:
● Round trip airfare
● Tuition Fees
● Stipend
● Living Expenses
● Book Allowance
● Thesis grant (if any)
● Medical Insurance
2. Prerequisites of the University/Institute
a. Academic Qualifications (any one of the following)
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Agricultural Engineering/Hydrology or its equivalent qualification
b. Conditions for full time sponsored/nominated candidates only:
Candidates seeking admission to the M.Tech. programme in Hydrology and who possess the
required qualification(s) stated above must have at least 60% aggregate marks or 6.00 CGPA on a10 point scale at qualifying degree level.
5. Deadlines related to scholarship
Announcement of the Scholarship : 16th April, 2021
Deadline for Application : 14th May, 2021
Online Application Period (in the given link above) : 17th May- 1st June, 2021
Submission of hard copy of the online application to RCSC : 4th June, 2021
