The Ministry of Finance is pleased to announce the Secondment post at Punatsangchhu-l Hydroelectric Project Authorities (PIIPA-I) for the period of 3 years (non-extendable) as detailed below:

Chief Finance Officer

1. Bachelor's Degree with PGCFM/PGDFM.

2. Applicants should be in the current position of P1 (A) or inP2 (A).

1.Total Project allowances: 135% of basic pay (Secondment allowance: 30%; Project allowance: 35%; MllPA/ PHPA-I/PHPA-II allowance: 20%; Special allowance: 10%; and House rent allowance: 40% of maximum pay scale ceiling).

2. Duty Vehicle: One Scorpio

3. Other benefits as per the service Rules of the Projects

Interested in-service civil servants who meet the eligibility criteria may apply for the post and submit the following documents to HRD, MOF, Thimphu latest by September 01, 2021. The documents shall be submitted via email @ tshewangtenzin@mof.gov.bt:

Curriculum Vitae- (ZESt generated copy)
Valid Security Clearance
Valid Audit Clearance
Medical Fitness Certificate (Original)
IWP-M0deration ratings for last two years (FY 2018-2019 & 2019-2020)
Academic/training certificates and transcripts (copy)
Certificates of Merits/Achievements, if any (copy)

The Basic criteria

The candidate should:

Have clean service record.
Has met the conditions of service stated under the ex-country and in-country Training as specified in Chapter 9 of the BCSR 2018.
Have at least 3 years field experience in Government Accounting and Budgeting with knowledge in Financial Rules and Regulations.
Be currently under Sub Group "Finance, Accounting and Budgets Services".
Have not availed secondment earlier to International Agencies and Corporations (Both ex-country and in-country).
Have completed a minimum of 2 years of active service in the current position in the Agency for the candidates appointed and promoted through open competition as per the section 13.7.11.5 of the BCSR 2018.

Selected candidates will be governed by the Chapter 15, Secondment Rules and Regulations of the BCSR-2018.
