Interested in-service civil servants, who meet the eligibility criteria may apply for the post and

II. Valid Security Clearance
III. Valid Audit Clearance
IV. Medical Fitness Certificate
V. IWP-Moderation for last two years (FY 2022-2023 & 2023-2024) (HRD will verify online)
VI. Any other certificates (Academic/merits/achievements)

The Basic Criteria:
The Candidate should:
I. Have a clean service record.
II. Has met the conditions of service stated under eligibility criteria in section 13.10.3. on
Secondment as specified in Chapter 13 of the BCSR 2023.
III. Have at least 03 years field experience in Government Accounting and Budgeting with
knowledge in Financial Rules and Regulations.
IV. Be currently under sub group “Finance, Accounting and Budget Services”
V. Have not availed secondment earlier to International Agencies and Corporations (Both
ex-country and in-country)
VI. Have completed a minimum of 2 years of active service in the current position in the Agency
for the candidates appointed and promoted through open competition as per the section 11.7.4
of the BCSR 2023.

Note: The period of secondment shall not be considered as active service for the purpose of
liquidating service obligations for civil servants who have availed long term studies prior to
secondment. as per section 13.10.5.8. of the BCSR 2023
