MBA/PGDM (HR) from a
recognised institute; additional B.E./B.Tech an advantage.

Minimum 20-25 years in HR leadership, with at least 5 years as
CHRO/VP-HR in a construction/EPC/infrastructure organisation.

Deep experience managing multi-site workforces of 3,000 - 10,000.
Proven track record in industrial relations, HR policy design, culturebuilding, and C-suite / Board interface.

Familiar with expat deputation and statutory compliances across
jurisdictions.
