RVJV (Rigsar-Vajra Joint Venture) is a major EPC JV formed to deliver major infrastructure of national significance, meeting global standards.We are hiring the following key HQ positions to build the corporate leadership and people functions of the company. Construction-industry background is essential for all roles.

OPEN POSITIONS HQ LEADERSHIP

POSITION  QUALIFICATION  EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

CFO
Corporate Leadership Finance
Gelephu On-site

 CA/CPA/CFA/MBA Finance
(any combination).

Minimum 20-25 years in construction / infrastructure finance, with
at least 5 years as CFO /VP-Finance.
Deep expertise in project financing (banks, DFIs, ECAs), FX/
treasury, and cash management for large infra projects.
Strong grasp of project accounting, cost control, taxation, statutory
compliance, and Audit Committee interface.
Familiar with FIDIC/ EPC contractual finance, JV structures, and
cross-border transactions.
