Position	Slots	Qualification	Experience	Work Station
Chief Finance Officer (CFO	1	Bachelors or Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA qualification is a strong advantage)	At least 15+ years relevant experience in financial leadership, corporate finance or auditing, ideally within agribusiness, manufacturing or complex supply chain environments. Strong working knowledge of corporate financial regulations, procurement best practices and internal audit frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management skills across executive teams, government bodies and private-sector partners. Strong analytical, budgeting and report-writing skills; comfortable owning KPI, M&E frameworks and risk management. High personal integrity, sound judgement and the ability to lead through influence across MH teams and external partners. Comfortable managing ambiguity and sequencing multiple concurrent workstreams across distinct departments.	Thimphu
