1. MIS Officer – With experience (Grade 6)

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related quantitative discipline from a recognized institution. A relevant Master’s Degree and/or professional certification in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, or AI would be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in MIS, business intelligence, data analytics, management reporting, performance analytics, data science, or related fields.

Candidates should preferably demonstrate experience in institutional MIS and executive reporting, management dashboards, business intelligence solutions, advanced data analysis and visualization, KPI monitoring, data transformation and reporting automation, management of complex datasets, and translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.

Employment: The selected candidate may be appointed either on regular payroll or on a three-year contract, based on the candidate’s suitability and the Bank’s requirements. Contract appointments may be renewed subject to satisfactory performance and the Bank’s requirements.

Remuneration:

On Contract: Gross Monthly Salary of Nu. 87,755.85, comprising Basic Pay of Nu. 45,003, Fixed Allowance of 45% on the starting pay scale of the corresponding grade, House Rent Allowance of 20% & Contract Allowance of 30% on basic pay.

On Regular Payroll: Gross Monthly Salary of Nu. 74,254.95/-, comprising Basic Pay of Nu. 45,003, Fixed Allowance of 45% on the starting pay scale of the corresponding grade, and House Rent Allowance of 20% on basic pay.
