What will you be working on? The Chief Legal Officer is responsible for leading and managing the Legal Division of the Commission. Provides legal advice to the Commission, supervises legal officers, represents the Commission in legal proceedings where required, and ensures that all investigations, prosecutions, policies, and administrative actions are consistent with the Constitution, the Anti-Corruption Act, and other relevant laws of Bhutan. The Chief Legal Officer also contributes to the development and review of anti-corruption legislation, legal policies, and institutional frameworks to strengthen integrity, accountability, and the rule of law.
