The Royal Securities Exchange of Bhutan Limited (RSEB) is pleased to announce the vacancy for the position of Chief Executive Officer, as outlined below:

Post: Chief Executive Officer

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree obtained from a recognized university through a regular (full-time) program.
A Master's Degree through a regular full-time program in a relevant field shall be desirable.

Work Experience:

A minimum of fifteen (15) years of work experience in the financial sector (including 1.5 years for a Master's programme, if applicable).
At least ten (10) years of progressively responsible executive leadership experience at the senior management level (General Manager or above, or an equivalent position in the corporate/private sector, and P1A level or above in the civil service).
Candidates must demonstrate proven expertise in capital market operations, securities exchange management, financial markets, technology, digital transformation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Status:

On contract for five (5) years with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
