Position: Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant to the CEO

This role is the CEO's right hand- not an ordinary front-desk job. You'll draft correspondence, do first-level review of contracts, prepare simple analysis, and keep the CEO's office running smoothly.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree (BA or equivalent)- minimum
Strong written and spoken English communication
Calm, confident, and well-organised
Comfortable handling pressure and shifting priorities
Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information

TWO WAYS TO JOIN

Fresh graduates start as Executive Secretary to the CEO at Nu 36,000, with a clear path to grow into the full Executive Assistant role.

Candidates with 2-3 years relevant experience join directly as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Nu 45,000-50,000, depending on experience.
