The City Development Office under the Gelephu Mindfulness City Authority (GMCA) invites Expressions of Interest (Eol) from interested and eligible consultants/firms for the consultancy services: "Preparation of Detailed Study and Geotechnical Investigation for the Old Town and the Dry Port" in Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC). Details of the Eol can be obtained from the GMC website: www.gmc.bt.
The Eol must be delivered in person or via email, on or before 5:00 PM (BST) on 26th May 2026, to the address: Managing Director, City Development Office, GMCA Office, Chubachu (near RRCO building), Thimphu or email address: tphuntsho@gmc.bt.
