Royal Government of Bhutan has received financial assistance in the form of Credit and Grant from the World Bank towards the cost of the proposed Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS)-Bhutan Project, to be implemented partly by the Department of Surface Transport (DoST),
Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT). Druk Green Power Corporation Limited (DGPC) is representing MolT in implementing the subcomponent 3.3 of the ACCESS Bhutan Project and intends to apply a part of the proceeds of this financing for the "SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF CURRENT METER".
Therefore, DGPC invites sealed Bids from eligible bidders meeting the qualification requirements. Bidding Documents shall be available from May 16, 2026 to June 15, 2026. Bids shall be received on or before June 15, 2026 up to 15:00 hrs (BST). Bids shall be opened on the same day at 15:30 hrs (BST).
