Save the Children Bhutan Office invites proposals from qualified consultants or consultancy firms to Conduct an Outcome Evaluation for the Sponsorship Program implemented by Save the Children in Bhutan.

Interested individuals or firms can obtain the Terms of Reference (ToR) and Proposal Template by emailing at procurement.bhutan@savethechildren.org  during office hours.

Sealed bid proposals must be submitted by 5:00 PM on May 22, 2026 to the Tender Box located at the Reception of Save the Children Bhutan Office.

Only hard copy will be accepted. All proposals should be addressed to:
