The Royal Audit Authority is pleased to announce the Indian Audit & Accounts Service (IA&AS)
Scholarship for 2026 intake under Government of India funding as follows:

1. Eligibility

• The applicants should not have a Master's Degree;
• Be 45 years of age or below at the timeof application deadline;
• Waiver of three years' service requirement (for BCSE-Select graduates as per section 7.7.4.9. of the BCSR 2023) to apply for IA&AS Course. However, shortlisting shall be done based on the following sequence of priorities:

1. 1st Priority: Those candidates who fulfill three years of service requirement and who do not have any training obligations;
2. 2nd Priority: Those who fulfill three years of service requirement but have training gap requirement;
3. 3rd Priority: Those who completed probation period but did not fulfill three years of service requirement; and
4. 4th Priority: Those who are on probation period

2. Entitlements:

• DSA (Nu. 750 per day) for attachment/on-the-job training with the Agencies in India
  identified by the Institute as a mandatory part ofthe course which is not borne by Gol except
  for Indian Forestry and Foreign Service;
• DSA/Mileage for in-country attachment with the RCSC (for IAS only)

Documents required:

The following documents must be submitted to the Support Service & International Relations
Division, Royal Audit Authority (RAA) for shortlisting and interview and RAA is required to forward
only the documents of selected candidates to the RCSC for record and necessary action.
1. PE ratings for the last two years.
2. Updated and accurate CV from the ZESt for rural posting and seniority calculation
3. Merit certificate (co-curricular, leadership, social service, special achievement, etc
4. Copy of pass Certificates, Academic Transcripts of Class XII, Degree, and other Merit certificates;
5. Valid Medical Certificate, Audit Clearance and Security Clearance

3. Application Deadline
Announcement of the Scholarship:         08 May 2026

Deadline for Application:                       07 June 2026

Submission of documents for onward submission to Eol: 25 July 2026(tentative)

Special Consideration from the Commission:

• This course shall not affect three LTT limits (Section 8.11.2 of the BCSR 2023) as it shall be considered a career enhancement and leadership course;
• This course shall be considered a career enhancement and leadership course and a candidate
  will be eligible for another Master's Degree later;
• Candidates can apply for positions within or outside the current working agency provided
  they fulfill the requirement of the receiving Agency.

The interested and eligible candidates fulfilling the above criteria may submit the application to
Support Services & International Relations Division (SSIRD) on or before 07 June, 2026.
