Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) invites bids from eligible Small Class W4 (Power and Telecommunications) Bhutanese contractors holding valid trade licenses and registered with the Construction Development Board (CDB) for the following works:

Dismantling of the existing 24F ADSS fiber optic cable, including all associated accessories, from the old power distribution line, covering approximately 8.247 km from Tingtibi ICT Colocation Shelter to Phangkhar Gewog Centre, along the Tingtibi ICT Colocation Shelter–Phangkhar GC–Goshing GC–Bjoka GC route, including the transportation of dismantled materials to Tingtibi Substation. |

Interested bidders can register and submit their bids online through the BPC online Ariba e-procurement portal available on BPC’s website: www.bpc.bt. Bids must be complete in all respects and accompanied by the following documents:
- Duly signed Integrity Pact
- Duly signed Bid Submission Form
- Bid Security
- Valid CDB Certificate
- Valid Trade License
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
All bids must be submitted through the Ariba e-procurement system on or before 14:00 hrs on May 18, 2026. Bids will be opened on the same day at 14:30 hrs.
BPC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason whatsoever.
