Khorlochhu Hydro Power Limited (KHPL) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders registered with the BCTA, MoIT and meeting the qualification criteria for the following work:

The bidding documents shall be made available from April 29, 2026, till May 14, 2026. The bids shall be received up to 1030 hours (BST) on or before May 14, 2026 and it shall be opened on the same day at
1100 hours (BST).

The detailed NIT and the bidding documents is available at KHPL website www.khpl.bt  and it can be downloaded from the website (free of cost) during the period. However, bidders downloading the
documents from the website should register themselves by informing the nodal officer of KHPL prior to the deadline for submission of bids.

KHPL reserves the right to cancel or annul the whole bidding process without assigning any reasons thereof. For further queries, kindly contact the Contracts & Procurement Division, KHPL at Mobile No.
