We are hiring Marketing and Media Officer.

Marketing and Media Officer

We need a fast-moving, results-driven content creator who turns ideas into scroll-stopping posts. You will grow our social media presence by planning, shooting, editing, and publishing consistently across platforms. Beyond creating content, you will collaborate closely with the team to source stories, build marketing strategies, and grow our brand in a way that directly drives student inquiries. If you back your creativity with data, stay ahead of trends, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. Additional support such as software will be provided by us.

Responsibilities

Make Content. Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos and Reels for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Design graphics, carousels, and promotional materials aligned with brand identity.
Maintain a consistent, high-frequency posting schedule across all platforms.
Develop and execute phase-wise, long-term marketing strategies.
Run organic and paid campaigns to drive student inquiries.
Identify new channels and opportunities to extend marketing reach.
Report weekly on content performance and adjust strategy based on analytics.
Collaborate with the admissions team to highlight events, courses, and offers.
Represent the brand at relevant industry events.

Requirements

Skilled in video shooting and editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent).
Experienced managing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook business accounts.
Familiarity with SEO and Google/Meta Ads.
Strong aesthetic sense and visual storytelling ability.
Stay current on social trends, Al tools, and marketing automation.
Self-directed. (You have the freedom to generate own ideas and try them out)
Comfortable on camera and in professional settings.

Preferences

Background in education, lifestyle, or professional services.
Familiarity with SEO and Google/Meta Ads.
Genuine enthusiasm for Al, editing tools, and emerging marketing tech.

Pay: Based on experience, portfolio and potential.
