Note:

1. For selected candidates possessing experience beyond the minimum requirement prescribed, their seniority shall be protected through grade fixation commensurate with their relevant work experience.
2. All regular employees are entitled to 31.67% of Performance-Based Variable Pay (PBVP) on Basic Pay based on the employee’s performance annually.

10. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) shall be required from the current employer upon selection of the candidate, if the candidate is employed at the time of appointment.
