Email Management Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the primary handler of all student-related email communications
• Monitor and respond promptly to general enquiries (academic matters, leave, withdrawal, deferral, payments, etc.)
• Provide clear and accurate information to students via email
• Follow up with students on outstanding issues (non-payment, academic progress, missing documents, etc.)
• Ensure timely escalation of complex queries to relevant departments
• Coordinate with Academics, Admissions, Marketing, Accounts, and Compliance teams via email
• Maintain organized records of email correspondence
• Ensure professional, consistent, and student-friendly communication at all times
• Track and manage email response timelines to meet service standards
