Customer Support Specialist:
Job Description:
 
  • Answer questions in the ticket system (Zendesk), community, or other online platforms;
  • Process user KYC work orders, stay updated on the company's latest compliance policies.
  • Actively support sales-related work, including product listing, product inventory management, and creating product links for key customers.
  • Maintain VIP and other customer relationships.
  • Analyze product and process issues based on user experience and feedback.
  • Prepare SOPs to support business development and drive process optimization and standardization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Hard Skills: Proficient in English communication and Office Software.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication skills, clear and professional communication with different users and situations, user-centric, strong service awareness and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work night shifts and/or proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
