Customer Support Specialist:

Job Description:

Answer questions in the ticket system (Zendesk), community, or other online platforms;
Process user KYC work orders, stay updated on the company's latest compliance policies.
Actively support sales-related work, including product listing, product inventory management, and creating product links for key customers.
Maintain VIP and other customer relationships.
Analyze product and process issues based on user experience and feedback.
Prepare SOPs to support business development and drive process optimization and standardization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above.
Hard Skills: Proficient in English communication and Office Software.
Soft Skills: Good communication skills, clear and professional communication with different users and situations, user-centric, strong service awareness and a collaborative mindset.
Strong organizational skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Willing to work night shifts and/or proficiency in Chinese will be an added advantage.
