The Royal Government of Bhutan has received financial assistance in the form of Credit and Grant from the World Bank towards the cost of the Accelerating Transport and Trade Connectivity in Eastern South Asia (ACCESS) - Bhutan Project, to be implemented partly by the Department of Surface Transport (DoST), Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MoIT). DoST intends to apply a part of the proceeds of this financing for the services of "International Individual Bridge and Structural Specialist".
Therefore, eligible and interested Individuals are invited to submit Expression of Interest (Eol) as per the Terms and Reference (ToR) uploaded in the website of MolT at www.moit.gov.bt. The Expression of Interest must be submitted no later than 1400 hours (Bhutan Time) (GMT + 6 hours) on April 28, 2026 to Project Management Unit of DoST, ACCESS Bhutan Project.
