Dungsam Cement Corporation Limited is pleased to invite bids from the eligible National bidders for transportation of cement from the DCCL Plant 1,000 located at Nganglam to PHPA-I in Wangduephodrang.
Bidding documents shall be available from 7th April, 2026 to 22nd April, 2026. Bids shall be received up to 22nd April, 2026 at 1500 hrs. and shall be opened on the same day at 1530 hrs.
Detailed bidding documents is available at DCCL website www.dccl.bt and can be downloaded from website free of cost during the period.
