If applying for Manager, candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies (BBA/B.Com) or related field with a min.
    50% aggregate.
  • Min. of 60% in Class XII (aggregate of English and four best subjects) and 60% in
    Class X (aggregate of all subjects).
  • Min. of 5 years of relevant work experience (excluding the study period).
    Min. of 3 years of relevant work experience (excluding the study period) if the
    applicant has a Master's Degree (in any field).

If applying for Associate Manager, candidate must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies (BBA/B.Com) or related field with a min. 50% aggregate.
  • Min. of 60% in Class XII (aggregate of English and four best subjects) and 60% in Class X
  • Candidate must be above 18 years of age

• Copies of Bachelor’s degree certificate and academic transcripts, along with academic transcripts of Class X and XII
• Job experience letter (if applicable)
• Copy of Citizenship Identity Card
• Security Clearance Certificate (approved online)
• Medical Fitness Certificate
• Two (2) referral/recommendation letters from referees who are not family members.
