Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Large Class (W3) Contractors for the Construction of G+2 (Class-III) staff quarters at ESSD, Phuntshothang & Langchenphu, Samdrup Jongkhar, as defined in the bidding document.

The scope of works, in brief, includes:

1. Construction of G+2 (class-III) staff quarter at ESSD, Phuntshothang, Samdrupcholing.

• Associated civil works of the building.
• Electrification works for the building.

2. Construction of G+2 (class-III) staff quarter at Langchenphu, Jomotsangkha.

• Associated civil works of the building.
• Electrification works for the building.

The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document, and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.

Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on January 26, 2026, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.

BPC reserves the right to reject or accept the Bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.
