Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (BPC) is pleased to invite bids from eligible Large Class (W3) Contractors for the Associated civil works for the Augmentation Works of the400/220/66/33 kV Indoor Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Substation at Norbugang Industrial Park (NIP), Samtse, Bhutan, as defined in the bidding document.

The scope of works, in brief, includes:

1. General civil works

• Earthworks.
• Structural steel works.
• Concrete and allied works.
• Road works.
• Building and miscellaneous works
• Plinth protection & Dismantling works.

2. Construction of PEB control room building for 66 kV GIS.

3. Electrical works.

The prospective bidders must sign and submit the Integrity Pact and Bid submission form provided in the Bidding Document and a scanned copy of the Bid Security as stipulated in the Bid Document in Ariba e-procurement. The original copy of the Bid Security shall be submitted to any BPC offices before the Bid opening.

Bids complete in all respects, along with the duly signed Integrity Pact and Bid form, may be submitted through Ariba e-procurement on or before 1400 hours on January 26, 2026, and the Bids shall be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.

BPC reserves the right to reject or accept the Bids or annul the bidding process without assigning any reason.
