Group Product Manager – Channels Lead

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. At least 6 - 8 years of working experience, preferably with 3+ years in corporate banking space

3. Familiar with writing product requirements and SDLC tools such as Confluence

4. Collaborative team player with a proven ability to demonstrate leadership and foster consensus across large cross-functional groups

5. Skilled at proactively seeking input, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring that decisions and plans reflect the perspectives of those affected

Key Responsibilities

Purpose of the role

Owns the development and enhancement roadmap for the banking platforms (web and mobile) across retail and institutional customers. Leverage on DK bank’s unique proposition to position the bank’s platforms as a trusted fiat banking channel for digital asset firms to manage fiat settlements, reporting, and treasury.

Key Responsibilities
1. 1.Define and execute on the platform roadmap across markets, ensuring that the bank’s digital propositions and capabilities meet customer needs both locally and globally. This includes end-to-end SDLC management, from product requirements to technical discussions to testing to go live.
2. Ensure the bank’s channel capabilities can support all corporates, including digital asset corporates.
3. Partner with other product teams to avail new products and features on the banking platforms
4. Collaborate with UI/UX designers and engineering teams to deliver high quality and consistent user experience across banking platforms.
5. Conduct market benchmarking, data analysis and user studies in existing and new target markets to optimize platform features and customer utilization
6.Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for channel innovation and growth
