Group Product Manager -UI/UX Designer

Position Details

Department: UI/UX Designer

Employment Type: full-time

Location: Thimphu, Bhutan

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree, relevant degree in Design or related field preferred but not mandatory
2. At least 2 years of UI/UX experience, with track record of designing customer facing fintech or banking products
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD etc.
4. Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
5. Self-driven and adaptable

Key Responsibilities

Job Description:

  1. Purpose of the role

Own end-to-end user experience and interface design across banking platforms and products. This role will collaborate closely with other product managers, engineers and stakeholders to build consistent, intuitive and scalable user journeys.

  • 1.Drive UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms across banking products (Onboarding, Deposits, Payments, Crypto)  

  • 2. Establish and maintain a consistent design system and component library for consistent branding and usability

  • 3. Translate user needs, product requirements and operational workflows into wireframes, prototypes and final visual designs

  • 4. Collaborate with other product managers and engineering teams to develop and enhance product features with a focus on user-centric design

  • 5. Conduct user research, competitor benchmarking and usability testing as basis for design decisions and optimizing of user journeys.
