Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited (RICBL) would like to inform the Public that Rural House Insurance Premium collection for the year 2026 shall begin from first week of December 2025.

Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited (RICBL) would like to inform the Public that Rural House Insurance Premium collection for the year 2026 shall begin from first week of December 2025.
 
Therefore, we request that the concerned Gewog, Thromde, and Dzongkhag/ Drungkhag Administration to begin the collection & deposit of the premium with the nearest RICB Office as per the deadlines given below:
1. By 31st December 2025, Gewog Administration and Thromde should complete the collection of the Rural House Insurance Premium.
 
2. By 15th January 2026, the Gewog Administration and Thromde should deposit the premium with the Dzongkhag/Dungkhag administration.
 
3. By 15th February 2026, the Dzongkhag/ Dungkhag Administration and Thromde should deposit the premium with the nearest RICB Office.
 
Please, note that RICB shall not be liable for any compensation of losses if the premium is not paid as per the timeline provided here.
