Assistant Student Support Officer

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

• Provide administrative and pastoral support to students across a range of services.

• Respond to student enquiries with professionalism and empathy.

• Assist in coordinating well-being, academic, and administrative support activities.

• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.

• Work collaboratively with staff and departments to ensure positive student experiences.

• Demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.

• Show genuine interest in helping students achieve success.
