The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport is pleased to announce the following vacancy for project-tied contract for ECRUL project under Department of Human Settlement:

Position Title Min. Qualification Required Slot Agency Duration Pay
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum work experience of 5 years 

 

OR

Master’s degree in any field with minimum work experience of 3 years, related to Project Management, and Monitoring and Evaluation.

 DHS, Thimphu Initial one-year contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project extension.  Lumpsum amount of Nu. 120,000/- per month with an annual increment of 7% of the gross amount.

 

Interested candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may email the HR Division on or before March 10, 2026 with the following documents:

  • Application letter with detailed CV
  • Copies of Academic transcripts and Certificates
  • Valid Security Clearance
  • Audit Clearance, if applicable
  • Letter of experience
  • Relevant training certificates and documents
  • Reference Letter
  • Copy of Citizenship card
  • Copy of extra-curricular activities
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • No Objection Letter, if employed
