Vacant NPPF commercial units available for rent in Thimphu.

Eligibility Criteria to apply for Commercial Unit below IMTRAT Hospital, Thimphu.

1	No. of Units	2
2	Applicant	Bhutanese nationals with valid business license
3	Allotment	Shall be done after undertaking due diligence.
4	Monthly Rent	Nu. 6,000/- each.
5	Occupancy	W.e.f 1st July, 2021.

Documents required:

- Application
- Copy of business license
- Copy of CID
- Copy of CIB reports (Both Licensee and Business)
- Copy of tenancy agreement with previous landlord.

Please note Restaurants, Bars and Liquor shop will not be accepted.

Application along with required documents (in single PDF Format) to be submitted via email to jigme.yeshi@nppf.org.bt on or before 16th June, 2021.
