Eligibility Criteria to apply for Class II type flat at Thimphu.

1	Type of Flat	Class II
2	No. of Units	1
3	Applicant	Active PF members (PF joining date before 2010)
4	Grade	04-08
5	Applicant and/ or Spouse	Not a tenant of Public Housing Unit.
6	Allotment	Shall be done on the basis of seniority in NPPF membership on May 27th 2021.
7	Monthly Rent	Nu. 11,495/-.
8	Occupancy	From 1st July 2021.
