3. BCSR employment application form
4. Copy of valid citizenship identity card
5. Copies of academic transcript and certificates
6. Copies of relevant training certificate
7. Copy of medical fitness certificate
8. Passport size photograph on application form
9. No objection certificate, if employed
10. Copy of valid security clearance
11. Copies of certificate on extra-curricular activities; and
12. Any other documents applicable to the vacancy announced.
