1. Must submit valid whole sale/specific activity/product licenses

2. Must submit valid tax clearance certificate

3. Must have well established shops or firms

4. Must submit samples for all unifrom and footwear items in finished products as well as catalogue/brochure for all goods/items ,except for woolen uniform item (3 metre & 4 metre) and terry cotton uniform item(3 metre & 4 metre) for which sample of minimum 3 metre, laboratory report and GSM must be submitted.
