Shortlisting Criteria
 Written Exam: 100%
What will you be working on?
 1. Organizing meetings, taking notes on meetings and updating calendars accordingly
2. Managing the Minister’s meeting schedule, appointments, and arranging events as and when required.
3. Drafting correspondence, memos, proposals, reports, contracts, and other business documents.
4. Coordinating travel arrangements including booking flights, rental cars, and hotels as and when required.
5. Handling incoming calls and responding to emails
6. Scheduling appointments and meetings with guests, delegates or other business contacts on behalf of Minister and Ministry of Health.
7. Reviewing and editing documents such as reports, proposals, or contracts for spelling or grammatical errors.
8. Screening calls, greeting guests in person, and directing them to the appropriate individual
9. Handling confidential information such as budgets and financial statements
10. Ushering /seeing off guest/delegates to Minister’s office
11. Any official tasks as and when assigned.
12. Administrative Support to the office of the Minister when ever required


What we are looking for? 
BCSE 2023, passed candidates who achieved a minimum of 50% in the BCSE to be appointed on COSOLIDATED CONTRACT.
